He disclosed that NAHCON had secured a three-year phased transition arrangement with the Saudi authorities, beginning with thirty per cent private-sector participation in 2027. He said the arrangement would give Nigeria time to strengthen its regulatory framework and prepare operators for their expanded responsibilities.  North West is 13 years old and decided her Halloween costume would be 41-year-old 'Baddies' star Natalie Nunn. She put on an exaggerated prosthetic chin, wore the 'CEO Baddies' chain, and posted several TikToks on October 21. In one of them, she rapped Nicki Minaj’s verse that names Nunn and mentions her chin. Nunn saw it and reacted with humor at first: "I GOTTA GET @northwest her baddie chain now! SHE GETS A BADDIE CHAIN HAPPY HALLOWEEN MONTH!!". But the real response came on the 22nd. She posted a video on Instagram called 'Uno reverse': it starts with her usual look and ends with her waking up transformed into North, with bright blue hair in pigtails, a spiked bracelet and choker, super-long black nails, and lip-syncing to 'Piercing On My Hand', North’s own song. A day earlier, Kim Kardashian had already dressed up as her daughter, wearing a turquoise wig and gems on her cheekbones to imitate her piercings. The comments filled up with cele...
