 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. CHILA BULUS A POLICE MAN,CHARGED FOR OIL THEFT.

ASP Chilla Bulus: charged with oil theft                                                    Today tuesday,Chila Dodo Bulus was arraigned before the Federal High court in Maitama Abuja for a two count on oil theft and pipeline vandalism with 14 others suspects.He was arraigned by the EFCC {Economic and Financial Crimes Commission}.The court was to fix a date for his trial and remand him and 14 others in prison but the defence counsel argued that they should grant Bulus bail,since he will be available for trial when called upon.However,the prosecutor objected on the ground that the offence committed by the accused person is an economic sabotage against the state which attracts life imprisonment if found guilty.The case was adjourned till 25 february for ruling on the bail application,while the accused person is to remain in prison custody.Mr Bulus signed up to protect the people of Nigria instead the reverse is the case.If you are not ready for a particular job and you are sure of not being capable,please don't apply for that job,if not alot of things might happen along the line that can damage your reputation.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
