 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail. CHILA BULUS A POLICE MAN,CHARGED FOR OIL THEFT.

ASP Chilla Bulus: charged with oil theft                                                    Today tuesday,Chila Dodo Bulus was arraigned before the Federal High court in Maitama Abuja for a two count on oil theft and pipeline vandalism with 14 others suspects.He was arraigned by the EFCC {Economic and Financial Crimes Commission}.The court was to fix a date for his trial and remand him and 14 others in prison but the defence counsel argued that they should grant Bulus bail,since he will be available for trial when called upon.However,the prosecutor objected on the ground that the offence committed by the accused person is an economic sabotage against the state which attracts life imprisonment if found guilty.The case was adjourned till 25 february for ruling on the bail application,while the accused person is to remain in prison custody.Mr Bulus signed up to protect the people of Nigria instead the reverse is the case.If you are not ready for a particular job and you are sure of not being capable,please don't apply for that job,if not alot of things might happen along the line that can damage your reputation.
