 South Africa’s Constitutional Court rules that Jacob Zuma is not eligible to run for public office in the May 29 general election. As a result, Jacob Zuma’s name will be removed from the MK list of candidates standing in the elections. Zuma will now use the martyr card, which might energise his base to go out and vote for his party.
