 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. TURKISH AIRLINES DENIES CARRYING WEAPONS TO NIGERIA.

            Today wednesday,Turkisk Airlines denied carrying weapons and military equipment to Nigeria after a twitter account behind a strings of leaks in a Turkish corruption scandal released a voice recording,suggesting it had done so.The recording is a conversation between a seniour Turkish Airline employee and one of Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's adviser.Erdogan and officials in his office have described previous recording leaked on social media as a ''Montage'',calculated to undermine him.His office has said it will not comment further.In the conversation it says ''Lots of material is on its way to Nigeria right niw.Is it going to kill Muslims or Christians?.I am sinning right now,you should know''.The airline said in an emailed statement that it only carried weapons and military equipment in line with International Law and International Air Transport Association {IATA} regulations.The purported leaks have piled pressure on Erdongan as he campaigns around the country for local elections on March 30.
