 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. TURKISH AIRLINES DENIES CARRYING WEAPONS TO NIGERIA.

            Today wednesday,Turkisk Airlines denied carrying weapons and military equipment to Nigeria after a twitter account behind a strings of leaks in a Turkish corruption scandal released a voice recording,suggesting it had done so.The recording is a conversation between a seniour Turkish Airline employee and one of Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's adviser.Erdogan and officials in his office have described previous recording leaked on social media as a ''Montage'',calculated to undermine him.His office has said it will not comment further.In the conversation it says ''Lots of material is on its way to Nigeria right niw.Is it going to kill Muslims or Christians?.I am sinning right now,you should know''.The airline said in an emailed statement that it only carried weapons and military equipment in line with International Law and International Air Transport Association {IATA} regulations.The purported leaks have piled pressure on Erdongan as he campaigns around the country for local elections on March 30.
