 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. TURKISH AIRLINES DENIES CARRYING WEAPONS TO NIGERIA.

            Today wednesday,Turkisk Airlines denied carrying weapons and military equipment to Nigeria after a twitter account behind a strings of leaks in a Turkish corruption scandal released a voice recording,suggesting it had done so.The recording is a conversation between a seniour Turkish Airline employee and one of Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's adviser.Erdogan and officials in his office have described previous recording leaked on social media as a ''Montage'',calculated to undermine him.His office has said it will not comment further.In the conversation it says ''Lots of material is on its way to Nigeria right niw.Is it going to kill Muslims or Christians?.I am sinning right now,you should know''.The airline said in an emailed statement that it only carried weapons and military equipment in line with International Law and International Air Transport Association {IATA} regulations.The purported leaks have piled pressure on Erdongan as he campaigns around the country for local elections on March 30.
