 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. 2 POLICEMEN DEAD IN FESTAC AFTER BEING MOBBED BY OKADA MEN.

               A sergent ans an inspector,called Bashiru were attacked when they attempted to seize some motorcycles at Aso Rock in Festac town lagos.The police officers raided the place located at 7th Avenue,72 road at about 1.30am to seize commercial motorcycles parked inside the compound by owners who reside there.The four officers who went on the operation on tuesday were overpowered and disarmed.While two of them were clubbed to death,the other two escaped.After the mob action,accupants of the large compound fled.An eye witness said the men came in a police van and forced themselves into the compound and started carting motorcycles into the van at the time of the night.When efforts by the residents to stop the policemen failed,they decided to attack the officers.No one knows if the operation is illegal or not.Police later came to carry the dead bodies of the two police.
