 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. POLICE REPORT ON THE KANO BOMB BLAST.

            According to Kano police spokeman Musa Majiya he said  ''the bomber struck Gold Coast street in the Sabon Gari area also called Foreign Quarters in Kano on sunday evening.The bomb killed five people and is an area mostly inhabited by christians''.According to an eye witness Abdul Dafar, he said ''I heard a loud blast and there was a lot of smoke.Soldiers came in to cordon off the place,ambulances were rushing people to the hospital'.The suicide car bomber killed five people on the street on sunday and there was no immediate claim of responsibility but all fingers points at the Boko Haram group.
