 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.             According to sources,Nelson Mandela's widow was moved to say something,and in between broke the customary mourning period to call on the Nigerian government and international community to move to find the 234 school girls kidnapped by Boko Haram.Graca Machel Mandela says ''The Nigerian government has a responsibility to protect it's citizens,and keep them safe.If the world can mobilise all the means possible to search for a plane carrying 239 passengers,certainly it can also mobilise the means to find our girls.They deserve nothing less.I decided to break the restrictions of my mourning because silence is not an option.I know however,that Madiba will understand and approve''.The mourning was to be for one year but was reduce to six months for her.
