 ‘Temper justice with mercy’ – NANS appeals to Madonna University to pardon viral Gen Z nursing students The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has appealed to the management of Madonna University to reconsider the expulsion of some nursing students over their involvement in a trending social media video recorded within a hospital environment. In a statement signed by Dist. Comr. Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, GCNS, President of NANS, the students’ conduct was described as inappropriate and inconsistent with the standards expected of nursing students. NANS, however, urged the university to temper justice with mercy and replace the expulsion with a stern warning. The statement read, “No doubt, such conduct is grossly inappropriate and does not align with the ethics, discipline and professional standards expected of students of Nursing. “However, we humbly appeal to the Management of Madonna University, a reputable institution with a long-standing commitment to academic exce...

MUSLIM PROTESTERS IN NIGER,SET CHURCHES ON FIRE OVER THE PROPHET MOHAMMAD CARTOON SKETCHED BY CHARLIE HEBDO.

One of the churches damaged after it was set on fire by protesters during a demonstration against French weekly Charlie Hebdo's publication of a cartoon of the Prophet Mohammed in Niamey                 This protest is getting out of hand as stones and fire are being thrown at innocent churches that did not take part in sketching the Charlie Hebdo's cartoons he drew about the Prophet Mohammed,today saturday in Niger Republic.Yesterday friday,five people were killed in Niger in protest over the cartoons of Prophet Mohammed and protesters in Niamy attacked a police station and burnt atleast two police cars near the main mosque after authorities banned a meeting called by local Muslim leaders.Police actually responded with teargas on the protesters.Amadou Abdoul Ouahah,a protester who took part in the demonstration said ''They offended our Prophet Mohammed,that's what we didn't like''.Four Muslim preachers who had convened the meeting in Niamy were arrested.Protesters also burnt the French flag and set up road blocks on streets in town center but no casualties for now were reported today saturday.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
