 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.                   In a press release today tuesday by Femi Falana,he said the Oba's diversionary threat to the Igbo's is totally unacceptable as it is a mockery of the political objective of national integraion.''It is illegal as it clearly offends section 42 of the Costitution which has prohibited discrimination on grounds of ethnicity,religion,politica, opinion,creed or sex.The Oba lacks the power to cause anyone to die in the Lagoon within seven days,the threat constitutes a violation of the fundamental right  of thousands of citizens to life.I urge the Oba to apologise without delay''.Well i know the Oba is campaigning hard for Ambode but most igbo's found the word jumping into the lagoon very offensive if they don't support Ambode.Even if the Eze Ndigbo's have agreed with him to support Ambode,Oba Akiolu would not have generalized it to all Igbos,because not all Igbos want to support Ambode,and each Igbo man or woman,have the right to vote for who ever they want to vote for because it is their constitutional right.
