ABUJA EARTH TREMOR: MINISTER DELE ALAKE CALLS FOR CALM, DIRECTS AGENCY TO REPORT UPDATES The minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dele Alake has directed the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency to provide hourly updates of the seismic developments around Abuja to him for regular review and possible escalation to other relevant agencies, Urging residents of the Federal Capital to go about their normal routine without anxiety. In a statement by the Special Assistant on Media, Lara Owoeye-Wise, the minister assures that proactive measures have been deployed to ensure the safety of residents and property. The minor earth tremor was noticed on Tuesday, August 4th at 11am in the Federal Capital Territory by the Nigerian Geological survey Agency.
These mummu was found in Taizhou,Jiangsu province,while working on a road construction in China by workers.The underground building turned out to be the tomb of a perfectly preserved body.It was estimated that the body was over 700 years old.The mummy belongs to a woman and it is obvious she was mummified,that is why you can see her flesh though dried but the questions from many scientist is that,was the woman mummified by mistake?,because the body was buried in a perfect environment.The brown water found in the casket was the perfect temperature and precise amount needed to prevent bacterial growth and decomposition of the corpse.The green ring found on her finger gives researchers an in depth look at the popular customs and favourite fashions of the ming dynasty period in Chinese history.More photos below.
