 ‘Empty barrels’ – Otti dismisses Uzor Kalu, Orji, Ikpeazu opposition gang-up Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has urged Abians to disregard recent remarks by some leaders of the opposition in the state. Governor Otti who was speaking on Saturday at Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Umuoriehi, Umuahia North LGA, during the dedication of the church building, said that those who are gathering against him were the same people that failed to develop the state in the past. Otti was reacting to an alliance formed against his re-election by former Abia governors Orji Uzor Kalu, Theodore Orji and Okezie Ikpeazu. The governor slammed the opposition members for pursuing personal interest above the collective development of Abia, declaring that every gathering they are making against him would collapse. CHRIS ROCK'S WIFE MALAAK,DEMANDS FOR A LARGE CHUNK OF HIS ESTATE AS DIVORCE SETTLEMENT.

                      Chris Rock filed for divorce from wife Malaak Compton Rock,December 2014.Today monday a source who claims to have seen the couple's divorce filling revealed that Malaak,the mother of two is seeking a large chunk of Chris Rock's estimated $70 million fortune to maintain her lifestyle.It was also noted that their prenup had expired as they had been married for 20 years prior to the filling.Malaak spends most of her time caring for the their children 13 year old Lola Simone and 11 year old Zahra Savannah.The family lives in an upscale home in Alphine,New Jersey,with neigbors including singer Mary J Blige and Yankee Pitcher CC Sabathra.A filling in Bergen county court,that also detailed the expired prenup,shows that the couple have already agreed to 50-50 custoday of their children.The court fillings also say that Malaak deserves a payout commensurate with the marital standard of living because of all of her child rearing and charitable endeavors.Chris and Malaak married in 1996 after they met at Essence Awards.The actor filed for divorce in December 2014 after rumors he was dating actress Rasario Dawson,who co-starred with him in Top Five,which he also directed.Chris rep strongly denied claims he had anything more than a work relationship with Rosario.One more picture below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
