A video showing one Miss Opemiposi Precious BOLAJI, an 18 year old 100L Mass Communication student beating her colleague identified as Miss Gloria AJAYI, a 100L Mass Communication student, in a private hostel outside the University campus has gone viral. In accordance with our institution's policies and extant regulations, the students who were captured in the viral video, appeared  before the Students' Disciplinary Committee at its emergency meeting held on Monday, May 6, 2024 for interrogations and appropriate recommendations, the report of which has been submitted to the University authorities.                   According to sources,a website identified as Asley Madison,was hacked,and the hackers exposed a lot of extra marital affairs going on in the website.The website whose slogan is life is short,have an affair,is marketed to people looking for extra marital relationships.Now two members of the cheating website have taken their own lives and the hackers published their details.Apart from the two men,37 million other members details were also published online.Apart from the two men who took their own lives,a Texas police captain whose email address appears on the client list is thought to have taken his own life too.The Captain is identified as Captain Michael Gorhm,who had served for 25 years with the SAn Antonio Police Department,killed himself last week,but the story was confirmed today.The Toronto base Avid Life Media,the parent company of Ashley Madison,says the company is co-operating with police investigation.Acting Staff Superintendent Bryce Evans said ''Today i can confirm that Avid Life Media is offering a $500,00 reward to anyone providing information that leads to the identification,arrest and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the leak of the Ashley Madison database.One more photo below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
