Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. AN HELICOPTER TODAY CRASHED IN OWORONSHOKI LAGOON,LAGOS STATE.,KILLING 3 PEOPLE.

                           Today wednesday,the National Emergency Management Agency {NEMA},has reported that an unidentified helicopter has crashed into the Lagos Lagoon at the Oworonshoki area of Lagos.According to the spokesman for NEMA,Ibrahim Farinloye in an SMS said no distress call was sent to NEMA alert system from the helicopter but rescue agencies are on their way to the scene of the incident.The helicopter crashed around 3:40pm today wednesday and three people have been confirmed dead and three people injured.I just pray by now that everybody including the pilot,survived.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
