 Governor Uzodimma Marks His 67th Birthday With a Thanksgiving Service His excellency Governor Hope Uzodimma has marked his 67th birthday celebration with a thanksgiving service at the Government House Chapel, Owerri, where he appreciated God for his grace upon himself and his family. The service had in attendance, top government officials, security chiefs, traditional rulers, religious leaders from different denominations, politicians, youths, women groups, friends, family members and numerous well-wishers. In his remarks after the service, Governor Uzodimma called on Imo residents in particular and Nigerians in general to intensify their prayers for the peace, progress and security of Imo State and the country. The governor acknowledged the grace and goodness of God upon himself as a person, while his little twin daughters who share the same birthday date with him, and his entire family, used the occasion to invite the audience to join him in service to the state under his watch ...

THE RAPPER,WHO MURDERED MORGAN FREEMAN'S STEP DAUGHTER,CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER.

                                                 Today monday,i was informed that the rapper boyfriend Lamar Davenport,of Morgan Freeman's stepdaughter E'Dena Hines,has been charged with second degree murder after killing her yesterday sunday,in front of her house.Police said today monday that 30 years old Lamar Davenport is being accused of killing 33 year old E'Dena Hine,who was found with multiple stab wounds to the chest near her New York Home in Washington Heights early on sunday morning.She was found infront of her apartment building on West 162nd street and pronounced dead at Harlem hospital.A eye witness identified as 65 year old George Hudacko,who saw the 3am attack from his window,called 911,but he said Davenport was stabbing Hines and screaming ''Get out devils,in the name of Jesus Christ,i cast you out''.Davenport,an aspiring actor with a criminal record and history of drug abuse,was said to be reciting the Bible verses before being dragged from his girlfriend's body which had 16 stab wounds.He was taken to the New York's Columbia Presbyterian medical centre to undergo psychological testing before he was questioned by the police.Actress E'Dena Hine,who have appeared in couple of movies,was the granddaughter of Morgan Freeman's first wife Jeanette Adair Bradshaw.Morgan Freeman said on sunda night that ''The world will never know her artistry in talent.Her star will continue to shine bright in our hearts,thoughts and prayers.May she rest in peace''.More photos below.                                                                                                             Hines's boyfriend Lamar Davenport, 30The aspiring rapper has been charged with Hines's murder
