 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. A SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNTANT FROM BRAZIL,WAS BORN WITH HIS HEAD UPSIDE DOWN.

               The man is identified as 37 year old Claudio Vieira de Oliveira from Brazil,and he was born with several disabilities including an upside down head and limited use of his arms and legs,but he is an inspirational public speaker.As a new born,doctors told his mother to stop feeding him because he would not be able to survive.His mother Maria Jose said ''People started saying,the baby is going to die because he could barely breath when he was born''.Instead his family made adjustments to their home so that he could maneuver around without getting hurt.Claudio began walking on his knees at the age of 8,and despite not being able to use a wheelchair because of his shape,he begged his mother to attend school with other children.Claudio uses a pen held in his mouth to type,and he learned to use phones and a computer mouse that enabled him to succeed in school.He attended State University of Feira de Santana and his now also an account in addition to being a public speaker.More photos below.
