 Man brutalises his pregnant wife in Anambra  In another case of domestic violence, a pregnant woman was brutally beaten by her husband in Ichi, Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State. The mother of three identified as Chinelo Francis, from Ebonyi State, said trouble began when she requested money from her husband, Peter, to prepare food.  According to the young woman, she had already bought vegetable with the profit she made from her shop. Peter, also from Ebonyi, claimed he didn’t make money that day and took the children home.  He returned to her shop at around 8:00 PM and insisted she close up and come home with him.  She refused, explaining that the time was when she typically made most of her sales.  Later, she closed up her shop, went home at 9:30 PM, prepared the children for bed, and retired. 32 JUDGES IN EGYPT,WERE FORCED TO RETIRE YESTERDAY MONDAY.

                  According to sources,32 Egyptian Judges were forced to retire yesterday monday by the Egyptian Supreme Judicial Council for having opposed the army's ouster of Islamist President Mohamed Morsi in 2013.Sources said Morsi was overthrown by then army Chief who is now the President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi,and since then,the country's authorities have cracked down on all forms of dissent,including secularists and liberals.Last week the council had taken similar action against 15 other judges for the same reason.The judges have been on suspension since March 2015 after a lower panel of the council ordered that they be sent into retirement.Yesterday monday,the council upheld that order.The council said that some of the judges openly declared their opposition to Morsi's ousters at the time in a signed statement at Cairo's Rabaa al-Adawiya Square.One more photo below.
