 Nigeria's Defence Minister Summons Service Chiefs Amid Surge in Attacks on Military Bases Nigeria's Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (Rtd), has urgently summoned the nation's top military leaders to a high-level meeting at the Ministry of Defence headquarters in Abuja. The session addresses the escalating attacks targeting military installations, particularly in the North East region. The meeting includes key figures such as: - Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede - Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Waidi Shaibu - Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke - Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abass - Representatives from the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) The summons comes in response to recent deadly assaults by terrorists on military bases in the North East.                 Muhammed Ali's funeral procession has begun.His pall bearers include actor Will Smith and ex-boxers Mike Tyson and Lenox Lewis are among the pallbearers who placed Ali's coffin in the Black hearse for the procession that began today around 10:35 am E.T in Louisville Kentucky.Onlookers have crowed roads to catch a glimpse the funeral procession,according to reports some are chanting ''Ali'' and ''the champ'' as the motorcade transporting Muhammad Ali's body drives by.The procession is moving from AD Porter & Sons Funeral Home through his home town in Louisville to Cave Hill Cemetery.More photos below.                                                                                                                        Farewell: Muhammad Ali's 10 pallbearers are pictured above top left to right: Gene Dibble Jr., John Ramsey, Jerry Ellis, Kamawi Ali and Jan Waddel.
