 Sudan war: Hundreds of civilians displaced in latest South Kordofan's violence A total of 570 civilians were displaced from Kadugli, the capital of South Kordofan, over a three-day period due to deteriorating security conditions, the UN International Organization for Migration (IOM) said. The organisation said in a statement that its tracking teams recorded the displacement of 570 people from Kadugli between 8 and 10 January, as insecurity escalated in the city. The displaced families headed toward areas in White Nile State, southern Sudan. The situation in Kadugli remains “tense and volatile,” the agency said, adding that its teams are continuing to closely monitor developments on the ground. Last week, IOM reported that the number of displaced people across Sudan’s three Kordofan states, North, West and South, had risen to 64,890 between 25 October and 30 December 2025. A LADY STABBED HER FIANCE TO DEATH IN OGUN STATE,TWO MONTHS TO THEIR WEDDING.{PHOTO}.

       According to one of my reporters Chinenye Genevieve,she captioned the picture above ''The police in Ogun state have arrested a woman,Omolara Abosede for allegedly killing her fiance,Sodiq Dauda,who she was engaged to marry in December.The suspect who stabbed the deceased with a knife,on tuesday,October 18,2016,in Ijebu-Ode,said she did it in self-defense.According to her,he was beating her and had broken a bottle to use on her before she grabbed the knife from the kitchen and stabbed him.Trouble was said to have started after the suspect didn't render proper account of a gas business established by the man.During interrogation,the woman said she was beaten up and sent packing,adding that she returned to the house on the instruction of her mother-in-law,who said she would come and settle the matter.But immediately she got to the house,the suspect claimed that the deceased pounced on her without mercy and broke a bottle to stab her her.It was then I took a kitchen knife and stabbed him by the rib.Policemen took him to Ijebu-Ode General Hospital,where he died the next day- she stated''.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
