Military judge suppresses Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s FBI confession in 9/11 case A military judge has excluded a confession that alleged Sept. 11 attacks mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed gave to FBI agents nearly 20 years ago, ruling that the statements were not made voluntarily. The decision is a setback for the U.S. government's long-running effort to prosecute Mohammed, who is accused of helping develop the plot to hijack planes and crash them into the World Trade Center and Pentagon. Mohammed remains detained at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, alongside other defendants awaiting trial. Lt. Col. Michael Schrama, the judge overseeing the case, scheduled a June 2028 trial for Mohammed and three other defendants earlier this week. According to sources,fresh reports have emerged that Toyin Aimakhu's ex-boyfriend,Seun Egbegbe has allegedly confessed to stealing iPhones at Computer Village in Lagos State.US trained journalist,Kemi Olunloyo,disclosed that Egbegbe confessed to the crime,saying he steals for a living but covers up with film-making.On her official Facebook page,Madam KOO,as she is fondly called,sid in an audio voice record that, ''We are learning that Seun Egbegbe,the Nollywood film-maker that was arrested last week for allegedly stealing those iPhones,has now confessed to the crime.''A police source at Kirikiri prison is telling me that he {Egbegbe} actually steals for a living.Egbegbe said he steals for a living and covers it up with movie production.What we are leaning now,though from police is that he has not met the bail met and is still waiting for somebody to help pay N2m bail.Well,Egbegbe is now saying he does stealing for a living.We don't know how far that's true,whether he was forced to say it but that is what I am receiving now on HNNCrime''.It will be recalled that a phone trader identified as Segun Akinola,at the computer village in Ikeja,Lagos State where the Seun Egbegbe {Yoruba movie producer} was attacked for allegedly trying to steal nine iPhone,from a store,had disclosed that Seun Egbegbe was known all over the famous computer village market for his alleged theft attitude.Egbegbe,was arraigned by the police before an Ikeja Magistrate Court and granted bail on thursday.Nawahoo.More photos below.
