Indian billionaire Gautam Adani charged in US for alleged bribery, fraud Gautam Adani, the chair of Indian conglomerate Adani Group and one of the world’s richest people, whose business empire extends from ports and airports to renewable energy,has been indicted in New York over an alleged multibillion-dollar fraud scheme, United States prosecutors have said. The authorities on Wednesday charged Adani and two other executives at Adani Green Energy, his nephew Sagar Adani and Vneet Jaain, with agreeing between 2020 and 2024 to pay more than $250m in bribes to Indian government officials to obtain solar energy supply contracts expected to yield $2bn in profits. Prosecutors said the renewable energy company also raised more than $3bn in loans and bonds during this period based on false and misleading statements. Yesterday the 22 of February 2017,Viscum private school Omole phase 2 Ikeja Lagos held their inter-house sport.The school owned by a popular Senator whose son is also a Local Government Chairman of Yaba were all present at the event in which there was heavy presence of security at the event.Think of the games it all took place,from running,to pulling of ropes to relays and invitation relays.I was present at the event and i lost my voice cheering for my house Pink house lol.But at the end i had fun,the parents and the children also had fun but blue and red house are really doing well in sports.The red house wore pink cap am sure the person that purchase the caps for them have colour blindness because red is not pink #my observation.More photos below.
