 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. Image result for man dies after wife dumped him,eloped with lover abroad                 A 54 year old jilted man,identified as Jacob Ogum has died after his wife of 12 years,Chinelo dumped him and fled abroad with her lover simply identified as Cele,Sourcess gathered that Ogum passed away recently in his hometown,Umuchu Town in Anambra State where both the deceased and wife,Chinelo hail from.The late Ogum,who lived in Oworoshoki area of Lagos with his wife and their three children,was said to have received the news of his wife eloping with another man overseas with shock which later led too a debilitated stroke.The deceased was unsuccessfully treated in Lagos but was later moved to his hometown in Umuchu where he later died and has since been buried.Sources said someone close to the family said before Chinelo Married,she was dating Cele who was already married and have kids before he travelled abroad.After many years abroad,Cele returned to Nigeria and searched for Chinelo,who was already married to Ogum.The source said he successfully convinced Chinelo to dump her husband and their three children,and followed him abroad to start a new life.With the support of Chinelo's mother,she dumped Ogum and abandoned their children and followed Cele to Pakistan where they,at present living as husband and wife.The whole incident brooke late Ogum's heart which resulted to sickness and then his death.Another source revealed that Chinelo who is already pregnant for Cele in their new abode in Pakistan,may be going through some emotional trouble as her new husband,Cele is now in prison for alleged drug-related offences.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
