 STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   President Tinubu Reconstitutes the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), following the Senate's confirmation of its members on December 16.   Members of the reconstituted Board are:   • Mulisiu Olalekan Oseni, PhD. — Chairman   Dr Oseni started his service as a Commissioner in January 2017. He was subsequently appointed Vice Chairman of the Commission.   His appointment as Chairman took effect from 1 December 2025 and shall subsist until the completion of his ten-year tenure at the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023.   • Yusuf Ali, PhD. — Vice Chairman   Dr Ali was first appointed as a Commissioner in February 2022. 2 NIGERIAN DRUG TRAFFICKERS SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT IN CAMBODIA YESTERDAY.{PHOTO}.

                          33 year old Adibe Pascal and his partner in crime 42 year old Okafor Ifeanyi Anthony were in May 2016 arrested for allegedly smuggling 1.27 kg of cocaine in their stomach to Cambodia.The two excreted about 70 wraps of cocaine.The duo appeared in court on wednesday and were sentenced to life imprisonment and $10,000 fine each for smuggling more than 1kg of cocaine into Cambodia.The Thailand-bound drug smugglers departed Nigeria for Vietnam and arrived Cambodia via Dubai from where they were arrested.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
