 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. Image result for ambode             The Lagos State Governor,Mr Akinwunmi Ambode has approved the appointment of Mr Oladeji Williams as the new General Manager,Lagos State Infrastructure Asset Management Agency {LASIAMA} as part of efforts to revamp and rejuvenate public infrastructure management and maintenance in the State.Until his recent appointment,Mr Oladeji Williams was the Special Assistant to the Governor on Energy and a team member of the Policy Development,Conceptualization,Coordination,and Implementation of the Light up Lagos Initiative.Mr Oladeji is a well-rounded professional and skilled administrator with cognate working experience spanning over fifteen {15} years spent working as a project manager in the United States of America and in Nigeria; he worked at management level within the Lagos State Government and also served as a consultant to various State governments in Nigeria.He is a graduate of Franklin University,United States of America with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Global Issues.He also holds professional Certificates in Project Management and International Facility Management.The Lagos State Infrastructure Asset Management Agency {formerly Office of the Facility Management and Maintenance {OFMM} is charged with the tasks of ensuring proper management and maintenance of all Lagos State assets and infrastructure.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
