 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND HER FAMILY   With a deep sense of grief, I condole with Ms Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her husband, Dr Ivara Esege, and the entire family on the passing of their son, Nkanu Nnamdi.   As a parent myself who has suffered the loss of a loved one, no grief is as devastating as losing a child.   I empathise with the family at this difficult time, and I mourn this sad loss with them.   Ms Adichie is a literary icon who has brought joy and light to many homes globally, and I pray she and her family find strength in the Almighty in this trying hour.   My prayers are with the family.   Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria January 8, 2026

     Senator Shehu Sani from Kaduna,threw another bomb of write-up on social media three hours ago when he wrote ''When Danjuma spoke about Self Defence,you threw spears at him;When the Emirs spoke about self defence,you threw flowers at them.Fairness is that you either throw all of them to the crocodiles or you adorn on them crowns of Gold for their courage to speak out.You can’t give the former a slap and the later a pat,when both of them told us how naked we live.But I don’t think the Emirs need a pat or flowers, they need oxygen for their people to breath in Peace .For a people living on the crosshairs,Shield is life and Shield is God.The People in Birnin Gwari and areas of zamfara are living in perpetual fear and perpetual funeral service.They have moved their hope away from the hollow assurances of their Government to the consolations of their faith and their God.Our countless motions in the parliament on security matters have become comets that only fly,flashes and fadeaway .You can be forgiven for ignoring the truth that comes from your foe but not when it also comes from your friends.If you cannot comfort or console the bereaved,don’t ask them of decorum in their tears. I don’t share the view that ALL our serving soldiers who are making sacrifices are colluding with criminals,but we cannot rule out cases of betrayal of duty and of trust in some very few.We must appreciate the heroes in the military who sacrificed their lives for us and left behind widows and orphans.Self defense represent the failure of the state and its apparatus but it also represent the truth in bed with tragedy.More is needed to protect our people''.What do you think?

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
