 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor.         The wife of Taraba Governor, Barr. Mrs. Anna Darius Ishaku has urged women in the State to vote rightly in next year’s general elections to choose leaders that will truly represent their interests.
She stated this during a prayer session organized by women wing of Christian Association of Nigeria at the CAN secretariat in Jalingo.
The Governor’s wife who expressed worry over the ugly happenings in the country called on women to use their PVCs rightly for the good of the State and the country.
Anna Ishaku explained that she was deeply worried over incessant killings, kidnappings and other high level crimes in the country, describing the situation as unfortunate.
She reminded Christian women of the critical moment the country had been passing through and asked them to be prayerful, come close to God and work in unity for the propagation of the gospel.
She also commended the organizers of the prayer meeting for resolving to visit internally displaced persons’ camps to identify and encourage them.
In her remarks, wife of the resident pastor International Praise Church Jalingo, Christy Godwin Ngasony reminded Christians that so long as they fail to do the will of God, the enemy would continue to torment them.
Christy Ngasony sued for attitudinal change and strict adherence to Biblical teaching to enable Christians overcome challenges.Prayers were offered for Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku, his wife,the State and the country.
