The event, marked by celebration and heartfelt moments, saw Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti, represented by his Chief of Staff, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, describe marriage as a divine institution established for companionship, support, and procreation.      Today The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay (as The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall are known when in Scotland) visited The Fife Arms in Braemar, Aberdeenshire, to mark the inn’s re-opening.
Dating back to 1856, The Fife Arms is located in the village of Braemar, home of the Highland Games.
The new inn brings together Scottish heritage, craftsmanship and culture and one of the rooms is decorated with artwork by Gideon Summerfield, a graduate of the Royal Drawing School.
The Duke and Duchess often visit local communities when in residence at Birkhall, their Scottish home.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
