     Good news as Nigeria's Tijjani Muhammad-Bande, the current UN Permanent Representative, emerges the 74th president of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Bande emerged victorious at a session held on Tuesday, June 4, at the General Assembly Hall in New York. He will succeed Ecuador’s Maria Fernanda Espinosa.More photos below.
