 INEC Strengthens the Conduct of Elections in Nigeria As Nigeria advances towards the 2027 general elections, the need for early planning, strategic coordination, and strong institutional cohesion has become critical to the delivery of free, fair, and credible polls. The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Professor Joash Amupitan, stated this at a strategic meeting with key stakeholders in Lagos.
