 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. LASG ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EXAMINATION.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     The Lagos State Government, through the State Examinations Board, has announced the indefinite postponement of the Public Service Examination earlier scheduled to hold from Tuesday, 7th April to Tuesday, 14th April, 2020.
According to a statement signed and issued by the Director, Lagos State Examinations Board, Mr. Supo Gbadegesin, the postponement was a sequel to the Head of Service Circulars: CIR/HOS/’20/Vol. 1/037 dated 20th March, 2020 on curtailing the spread of COVID-19 in Alausa Secretariat and other Government Establishments.
Gbadegesin added that information on the suspension was also contained in “CIR/HOS/’20/Vol. 1/038 dated 20th March, 2020 on Postponement of the Year 2020 Promotion Exercise and Suspension of State Programmes occasioned by the need to take precautionary measures against the Pandemic Corona Virus (COVID 19)”.
He reiterated that as soon as the restriction order by Federal and State Governments are lifted and approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities, the new dates would be duly communicated.
