 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. A WOMAN KILLED HER TWO CHILDREN BECAUSE HER HUSBAND MARRIED A SECOND WIFE.{PHOTOS}.

A woman in Kano whose whereabouts is still not clear at the moment, has been reported to kill her own two biological children, after her husband left the house to visit his second wife.
The woman who as of now we have only been able to identify as "Hauwa", was said to have committed the shocking act in the absence of her husband.
The husband's brother who spoke to news men said, the woman has since been very angry and jealous, after his brother took a second wife some few months ago.
The woman who is suspected to have ran back to her father's house, actually started with beating her own two children, before she reached for a knife with which she cut her children.
The two children, a boy and a girl, later died. The mother called the father who was away at the house of his second wife to tell him that all wasn't well at home.
This caused the husband to return, only to meet her absence as well as the bodies of his kids.
It was the woman's 10 years old niece (the lady's sister's daughter who was living with them) who survived her attack, that narrated how she beat and later used a knife on them.
The case has since been reported to the authorities....

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
