 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. POLICE OPERATIVES NAB TWO ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS WHO SPECIALISE IN SNATCHING TRICYCLE(KEKE) IN AWKA.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

*Recover two firearms and other incriminating items*
In furtherance with our avowed commitment to stem the tide of crime and other nefarious activities in the State, police operatives attached to Central Police Station(CPS) Awka in conjuction with local vigilante group had on 8/2/2021 at about 8:pm arrested two armed robbery suspects at Parkers, Ziks Avenue,Awka following a distress call.Suspects arrested are as follows,
(i).Okafor Stanley 'm' aged 19years of Ezeawulu village,Nibo and,
(ii).Benedith Sunday 'm' aged 21years of Ifite Village Awkuzu.
Suspects allegedly attacked and snatched at gunpoint a tricycle from a Keke rider at Ziks avenue,Awka.Exhibits recovered in their possessions includes two locally made pistols and the snatched tricycle.
Meanwhile,suspects have voluntarily confessed to the crime and investigation is ongoing after which they would be brought to justice.The Command reassure "Ndi Anambra" that it will continue to pursue the criminals from all nooks and crannies in the State until they repent or relocate from the State please.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
