 An Idaho community (Pocatello) is outraged after police shoot a disabled teen 9 times only a mere 12 SECONDS after exiting their vehicles.  The teen was lying on the ground with a knife and the community wants the public to know a sturdy 4 foot fence separated the officers from the teen who suffers from cerebral palsy and has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old.  17-year-old Victor Perez remains in critical condition after an incident this weekend that has left an entire Idaho community questioning the officers actions. Victor is a nonverbal autistic teen who is physically disabled and suffers from cerebral palsy. The shocking incident unfolded on Saturday when Victor was involved in a domestic disturbance with his family. It should be noted the family did not call the police but rather a neighbor who was watching the events unfold. TRAGEDY AS AUCHI POLYTECHNIC DEAN OF STUDENTS FOUND DEAD IN HIS OFFICE.{PHOTOS}.

The Dean of Students, Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi in Edo state was on Sunday found dead in his office after he reportedly went to the office and did not return.
He said, “He left home on Saturday afternoon that he was going to the office to attend to some official matter. He normally goes to the office when he has so much in his hands to do.
“At about 9 pm when he was not yet back home, the wife started calling his line but there was no response and the call was not returned. She tried until late, still no response.
“Early on Sunday morning, she raised the alarm and told people around that the husband went to the office on Saturday but did not return.
”They went to the office, they saw his vehicle at the car park but when they got to his office they saw him dead in his office.”
The source said although no foul play was suspected, an autopsy will be carried out to ascertain the cause of the death.
“The corpse has been deposited at the mortuary.”
When contacted, the Public Relations Officer of Auchi Polytechnic, Mr Mustapha Oshiobugie who confirmed the incident described it as unfortunate.
He said “We heard about the unfortunate incident this morning (Sunday) and we quickly contacted the CSO on the development and the body has been taken to the morgue.
”We cannot say much for now but I believe a post moterm will reveal cause of death.” he said.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
