 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. YOBE: OVER 150 DISASTER VICTIMS IN NGURU LGA RECEIVED GOV. MAI MALA BUNI'S SUPPORT.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

In the early hours of today 14th July 2021 as directed by His Excellency Governor Mai Mala Buni, over 150 Windstorm Victims registered and validated by SEMA in Nguru LGA recieved first line support.  This is in line with his Excellency drive to bring succor to the victims majority of whom are  of Low Socio-economic Status.


While effort is bieng intensified to bring more support in terms of other materials to the victims and other vulnerable POCs across the state, The Executive Secretary of SEMA said "This is aimed and supporting the victims put something on thier table, reduce burden of household they are transiting and give the household heads opportunities to comfortably go out and work to repair their houses ".


Nguru LGA Chairman who led the distribution thank Governor Buni for the timely response during this trying moments.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
