Governor Otti stated this on Monday, April 20, when he received in his office, the former Deputy Governorship Candidate of PDP in Abia State and founder of Ihe Abia Organisation, Dr Jasper Uche, who recently dumped the PDP for Labour Party.  Governor Otti noted that he is encouraged by the disposition of Dr Uche both in appreciating his modest efforts in the State and his commitment to his job outside politics.
