 "The child was tied up and blindfolded."  (We are updating this story tomorrow with more information) A Springfield, Illinois couple face very serious charges after a witness came forward with shocking evidence of abuse and neglect. We Are thankful the witness came forward.  According to reports, the details of this heartbreaking case came to light on March 8th when Springfield PD was contacted by a female who witnessed a shocking scene at the home of 32-year-old Willie Wardlow and 40-year-old Ashley Wardlow. In addition to her important witness statement, the female witness also had photos and videos documenting the horrible conditions a small child in the home was forced to endure. The child is under 10 years old.  The photo and video appeared to show a young female victim who had been blindfolded and bound. President-Elect Tinubu Returns To Nigeria Today After 33 Days Abroad


Nigeria's 'President-elect', Bola Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria today after 33 days abroad, a tweet by his Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga said on Monday.


The President-elect had reportedly been on vacation in France.


According to reports, Tinubu whose plane is billed to land at the presidential wing of the Abuja Airport will be escorted from the airport by a carnival-like motorcade to the Defence House.


The president-elect had jetted out of Nigeria to France on March 21, a trip his campaign council said was meant for him to take a rest and plan ahead of his inauguration on May 29.


A statement by the APC presidential campaign council had in March claimed that Tinubu travelled to France to rest and plan his transition programme after a very exhaustive campaign and election season.


“The president-elect had left the country through the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja.According to the statement, the president-elect decided to take a break after the hectic campaign and election season to rest in Paris and London, preparatory to going to Saudi Arabia for Umrah (Lesser Hajj) and the Ramadan Fasting,” the statement said.
