 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. Man Arraigned for Diversion of N7m Bank Loan in Kaduna

The Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Tuesday May 9, 2023 arraigned one Nur'deen Olaitan Amodu-Ode. beforeJustice Daruis Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court on charges bordering on criminal breach of trust.

The defendant allegedly diverted a credit facility granted to him by his bank for the purchase of shares, and which was to be repaid within 180 days, for personal use.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to him, prompting the prosecution counsel, Moses Arumemi to ask for a date for trial to commence. But the defence counsel, A. Adama moved the application for the bail of the defendant.

Justice Khobo granted the defendant bail in the sum of N5, 000,000.00 (Five Million Naira) and one surety in like sum who must be a resident of Kaduna and must deposit his international passport with the registrar of the court.

The case was adjourned to July 4, 2023 for trial.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
