 New UK Prime Minister not the leader Britain needs — Kemi Badenoch UK Conservative Party leader, Kemi Badenoch, has congratulated Andy Burnham on becoming Britain’s new prime minister but said while he is “a nice man,” the country needs a leader capable of making difficult decisions rather than “a people pleaser.” In a statement released on Monday on X following Burnham’s assumption of office, Badenoch wished the new prime minister success but vowed to hold his government accountable as Leader of the Opposition. “Today, Britain has a new Prime Minister. I wish Andy Burnham every success. Because we need a Prime Minister and a Government focused on fixing the public’s priorities,” she said. Nigerian Chef To Break Guinness World Record

A chef from Akwa Ibom State, Hilda Baci, who is the CEO of My Food by Hilda is on a quest to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time.

The 27-year-old Entrepreneur on Thursday set up a four-day 'cook-a-thon' at Amore Gardens, Lekki, Lagos State.

She is set to cook multiple dishes for an expected period of time in order to get recognition from the Guinness World Records.
 She's cooking for 96 hours straight, she has done 62 hours already.

The current record for the world's longest cooking marathon is held by Lata Tondon who completed the task in 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 secs in Rewa, India
