 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. Property Agent Jailed for Selling Land with Forged Documents in Kaduna

The Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has secured a conviction of one Abubakar Munkailu, a property agent, before  Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court, Kaduna on a one count charge bordering on forgery.

The defendant pleaded guilty  to the charge. Consequently, the prosecution counsel, N. Salele urged the court to convict him accordingly. Justice  Khobo convicted and sentenced him to 5 years imprisonment or a fine of N100,000. He has since restituted the complainant.

Munkaila, a property agent at Danbushiya, Chikun Local Government Area ran into trouble when he sold four plots of land located at Millennium City, Kaduna valued at N 4,175,000, which did not belong to him , with forged documents.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
