“No electricity, no vote,” South Africans threaten to shun ruling party ANC Residents in Katlehong, a township outside Johannesburg, have resolved to boycott South Africa's upcoming local elections on November 4 due to long-standing failures by authorities to provide basic services like electricity. For over 20 years, around 180 households in the community have relied on illegal electrical connections pulled from neighboring areas to power their homes. Why I am on a wheelchair - Kevin Hart

American actor and comedian, Kevin Hart, has explained the reason he is currently confined to a wheelchair.

He explained how people are asking how he got there, what he should do and how it is super difficult for him to cope with his current predicament and being over 40 is not a game.

He revealed that he wanted to do "young man stuff" with his friend Ridley when he ended up tearing his abductors.

In a video shared via his Instagram on Thursday with caption, "44 and sitting my ass down!!!!! I got to be the dumbest man alive!!!!!" he said, "All my men, women out there 40 years old and above, it's not a game. Respect that age.

"I tore my lower abdomen, my abductors are torn. I don't know what that is but I tore them. I tore those too. I can't walk."
