 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . Why I am on a wheelchair - Kevin Hart

American actor and comedian, Kevin Hart, has explained the reason he is currently confined to a wheelchair. 

He explained how people are asking how he got there, what he should do and how it is super difficult for him to cope with his current predicament and being over 40 is not a game.

He revealed that he wanted to do "young man stuff" with his friend Ridley when he ended up tearing his abductors.

In a video shared via his Instagram on Thursday with caption, "44 and sitting my ass down!!!!! I got to be the dumbest man alive!!!!!" he said, "All my men, women out there 40 years old and above, it's not a game. Respect that age.

"I tore my lower abdomen, my abductors are torn. I don't know what that is but I tore them. I tore those too. I can't walk."
