 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS MINISTER OF STATE FOR PETROLEUM RESOURCES (GAS) AS CO-CHAIRMAN OF NCDMB GOVERNING COUNCIL In line with his avowed commitment to establish a more efficient, targeted, and consistent approval process for unique oil and gas projects in the country, President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), as the Co-Chairman of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). This is also to further ensure effective oversight of the gas aspect of the nation's assets. The President remains committed to unlocking Nigeria's immense gas potential to stimulate industrial development, job creation, and sustainable economic growth. A GROUP OF ST. LOUIS TEENS MEET EVERY WEDNESDAY AND HAVE LUNCH WITH THE GRANDMOTHER OF THEIR DECEASED FRIEND. (PHOTO)

 A group of St. Louis teens meet every Wednesday and have lunch with the grandmother of their deceased friend. 


Sam Crowe was a sophomore at Bishop Duboug Highschool when he and his friends started a "lunch club". After trying several venues Sam decided his grandmother was a better cook than any of the places they had tried. 

The group shifted gears and began eating at his grandmother's every Wednesday! 


Sadly, Sam Crowe was killed by a hit and run driver in July of 2022, however his group of friends still continue to meet at his grandmother's home every Wednesday sharing lunch as well as fond memories of Sam...


This is such a touching story. Rest in peace, Sam.

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha.  Punish my abusers within 48 hours or face lawsuit - Student bullied by her classmates threaten school authorities The bullied student of British Lead International School, Miss. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
