 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. My daughter June is missing – Korra Obidi raises alarm

Famous US-based Nigerian dancer, Korra Obidi has raised alarm that her child, June is missing.

Speaking in a Facebook live video on her official page on Friday, Korra alleged that her daughter went missing from school.

While declaring June missing, she accused her estranged husband, Justin Dean of being the prime suspect.

She said; “I went to pick June up from school and she was missing. The teacher said someone came to pick June up by 1:00 and school closes by 2pm.

“June is not with me right now. She’s missing. And of course I know who kidnapped June from her new school. This is a brand new school, she started the new school yesterday, and she didn’t even finish the whole day of her second day in school.

“When I wanted to register her in the new school I didn’t want to bring the divorce drama issues to the school. So I put the names of both parents. So that’s how he was basically able to go to school and kidnapped her.”

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
