 NAF INTENSIFIES AIRPOWER CAMPAIGN, STRENGTHENS AIR PRESENCE IN SOKOTO TO DENY TERRORISTS FREEDOM OF ACTION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its airpower campaign against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities across the North-West, with a strengthened air presence in Sokoto State to support ongoing joint security operations. The initiative reflects the Service’s determination to sustain pressure on hostile elements, enhance aerial surveillance and maintain the capacity for rapid response to emerging threats, while providing effective air support to ground forces operating within the Joint Operations Area. The strengthened air presence is particularly significant in the fight against asymmetric threats, where terrorists and bandits exploit difficult terrain, mobility and concealment to evade ground forces.  GOV. SANWO-OLU INAUGURATES SPECIAL DISPENSATION PALLIATIVE ADVISORY COMMITTEE AT THE LAGOS HOUSE, MARINA, ON SATURDAY, 24TH FEBRUARY 2024


 I am pleased to announce the inauguration of the Lagos State Special Dispensation 'Palliative' Advisory Committee, responsible for our welfare packages, dual-win feeding strategy, amongst other direct intervention initiatives.


Our committee, dedicated to transparency and merit, comprises members selected from major stakeholders groups across Lagos. They include: Imam Abdulazeez Onike, Chief Missioner of NASFAT; Pastor Godman Akinlabi, Senior Pastor of Elevation Church; Hon Seyi Sowunmi, LP Reps member; Mrs Joe Okei-Odumakin; Hon Kolade Alabi; Barrister Taofeeq Ganiu (Former PDP Pub Secretary); Dr. Shina Fagbenro-Byron (LP Member, Former DFID official); Hon. Ademola Shabi (Rep, LAHA); Comrade Biliaminu Oba (Youth Representative); Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of LG (Secretary of the committee); Eze Anaba, President, Nigerian Guild of Editors; and Mrs. Sola Salako-Ajulo (Consumer Rights Advocate).


These individuals bring diverse expertise, and their work will be guided by the principles of empathy and dignity as we strive to make a significant impact in serving our people.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
