 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. In a fresh new perspective, singer Timi Dakolo has weighed in on Mohbad’s autopsy results. 


Taking to the X-platform, he expressed how it was surprising that his autopsy results were still unfounded. He went on to reveal that in crime series, they find bodies even after the years of the person being dead and they are still able to tell the cause of death.


In his words, he had this to say,


“except all the crime series I’ve been watching are lying to me. They find bodies after years of being dead and still tell us the cause of death.”.

Mohbad's autopsy couldn't determine cause of death.


According to Wahab Shittu (SAN),  while addressing journalists at the coroner’s inquest held in Lagos State on Wednesday, the pathologist in charge of the autopsy had stated that the cause of death could not be determined because as at the time they conducted the test, the body had decomposed and it was not possible for them to determine the cause of death.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
