McDonald’s launches World Cup meal and collectible cups ahead of 2026 FIFA tournament kickoff McDonald’s is launching limited-time World Cup meals and collectibles ahead of the FIFA tournament kickoff on June 11, as excitement builds for the expanded 48-team competition co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada. The fast-food chain, returning as an official tournament sponsor, will roll out its World Cup-themed menu nationwide starting June 4. Customers can choose between a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets meal, both served with a special gold-packaged Big Mac Sauce. As part of the promotion, McDonald’s is also releasing collectible cups featuring nine global soccer stars and cultural icons. The lineup includes Christian Pulisic, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry, Son Heung-Min, Lamine Yamal, Alphonso Davies, Santiago Gimenez, and the brand’s mascot Grimace. In a fresh new perspective, singer Timi Dakolo has weighed in on Mohbad’s autopsy results. 


Taking to the X-platform, he expressed how it was surprising that his autopsy results were still unfounded. He went on to reveal that in crime series, they find bodies even after the years of the person being dead and they are still able to tell the cause of death.


In his words, he had this to say,


“except all the crime series I’ve been watching are lying to me. They find bodies after years of being dead and still tell us the cause of death.”.

Mohbad's autopsy couldn't determine cause of death.


According to Wahab Shittu (SAN),  while addressing journalists at the coroner’s inquest held in Lagos State on Wednesday, the pathologist in charge of the autopsy had stated that the cause of death could not be determined because as at the time they conducted the test, the body had decomposed and it was not possible for them to determine the cause of death.
