 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. A MAN LOST HIS LIFE SAVING A GIRL ONE HOUR AFTER HIS BAPTISM. (PHOTO).

 A 21-year-old Texas man loses his life saving a teen girl only one hour after his baptism, ensuring his place with the angels. 


Lincer Lopez and a group of people from his church visited Lake Waxahachie in Garland, Texas on Saturday afternoon. While on the church outing, Lopez was baptized.


As the group celebrated in the water, an hour later, a teenage girl began struggling. Lopez sprang into action without a second thought for his own safety. Sadly, Lopez found himself struggling soon after and slipped below the surface of the water. 


The teen girl was rescued soon after by a boater who administered CPR and was able to resuscitate her. Unfortunately it was too late for Lopez, however the same boater was able to recover his body from the water.


Lincer Lopez truly is a hero and selflessly gave his own life to save another life.  Our thoughts are with his family and friends in their time of grief.
