Blaming opposition for hunger is ‘delusion’, Atiku tells Tinubu Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of blaming the opposition for the country’s economic hardship. He said the President was trying to evade responsibility for his administration’s policies. Tinubu had earlier on Saturday blamed his political opponents for hunger and poverty in the country while speaking at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna. “I hear my opponent talking about hunger, poverty. Who created it? They did! They created the hunger, they created the poverty. We are trying to eradicate it,” the President said.  Harris' Presidential Campaign Raises $540 Million in Just Over a Month


Kamala Harris' presidential campaign has made history by raising an astonishing $540 million in just over a month. 


The campaign's latest fundraising figures, announced by manager Jen O'Malley Dillon, include a whopping $82 million collected during the Democratic National Convention. 


This achievement marks the fastest fundraising pace ever recorded in a presidential campaign, demonstrating the overwhelming enthusiasm and support for Harris among Democratic voters.


Since launching her campaign on July 21, Harris has built significant momentum, putting pressure on her Republican rival Donald Trump. 


As the November 5 election draws near, Harris and running mate Tim Walz will hit the road for a bus tour across Georgia, a key battleground state, to mobilize support and energize voters.
