 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. PARENTS ARRESTED 12 HOURS AFTER THEIR CHILD WAS FOUND WANDERING IN THE ROAD WITHOUT ANY CLOTHES ON. (PHOTOS).

 Parents arrested 12 hours after their child was found wandering in the road without any clothes on.


Police in Owensboro, Kentucky were called about a child wandering in the road Friday night. Once on the scene, officers discovered an unclothed non-verbal child.


Police then began an hours long investigation to figure out where the child came from. During the entire 12 hour investigation time the child's parents never reached out or reported their child missing.


Eventually the investigation led them to a home on Danberry Street where they found the parents, Summer and Benjamin Harding. Police report the home was completely uninhabitable and it was clear the child was physically mistreated and neglected.


Both parents were taken into custody and are being held on $45,000 bonds.
