 “No electricity, no vote,” South Africans threaten to shun ruling party ANC Residents in Katlehong, a township outside Johannesburg, have resolved to boycott South Africa's upcoming local elections on November 4 due to long-standing failures by authorities to provide basic services like electricity. For over 20 years, around 180 households in the community have relied on illegal electrical connections pulled from neighboring areas to power their homes. Angry over the lack of formal grid infrastructure, residents are directing their frustration at the ruling African National Congress (ANC). "We have made a collective decision: no electricity, no vote," said community leader Lesiba Rankapole, 59. "We know it is illegal, but we had no choice because we cannot live without electricity. 19-YEAR-OLD CANADIAN YOUNG WOMAN FOUND FATALLY BURNED BY HER MOTHER INSIDE OF WALK IN OVEN AT WALMART. (PHOTO).

 A 19-year-old Canadian young woman found fatally burned by her mother inside of walk in oven at Walmart. This case is mysterious.


Beautiful and friendly 19-year-old, Gursimran Kaur, worked at the Walmart in Halifax, Nova Scotia with her mother. On October 19th, Gursimran's mother grew concerned when she hadn't seen her daughter for over an hour. In addition, Gursimran was not answering her phone... which her mother found extremely unusual.


She decided to search for her daughter. After searching the entire store, she eventually checked the walk in oven. To her horror, she found Gursimran deceased inside of the oven. According to the family's GoFundMe Gursimran was found burned to death.


However investigators contend this is a very complex investigation and did not confirm a cause of death. They say that it may be a significant amount of time before there are any clear details in this baffling case.
