 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. A GROOM SHOT DEAD ON HIS WEDDING IN DAY IN THE UNITED STATES. (PHOTOS).

 North Carolina man loses his life at his wedding reception after being shot by a stranger only hours after the wedding. This story is upsetting and the man is still on the run. Make sure you read the nearly unbelievable story of Tyrek's passing, below. 


Greensboro P.D. were called to the scene of a shooting at 8:49 p.m. on Saturday. As they arrived at Barber Park Events Center,

they discovered 37-year-old Tyrek Burton suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. First responders attempted lifesaving measures but Tyrek was sadly pronounced deceased. 


Witnesses to the shocking event and wedding attendees shared the chilling account of the events that led up to the senseless death. According to the witness statements, Tyrek had left the event briefly to retrieve something. When he returned he was followed into the parking lot by a man accusing Tyrek of cutting him off in traffic. According to reports the man kept demanding to know who passed him at a nearby stop sign. Tyrek calmly told the man if he had cut him off, he was sorry.


It was at this point the man opened fire on Tyrek striking him multiple times in front of his new bride and wedding attendees.


 The suspect then fled the scene. Police are investigating the incident and say no suspect has been identified yet.
