 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision.  D'banj Launches Football Club - Koko FC, Joins Lagos Liga


Barely a few days after ace producer and Mavin label boss Michael Collins Ajereh, aka Don Jazzy, moved from the music industry into the world of football to start his newest venture, Supremos Football Club, his former associate and singer Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, aka D'banj has also joined the trail.


The team will compete in the inaugural season of the Lagos Liga competition, facing off against other teams, including Don Jazzy’s Supremos FC.

KOKO FC will contend with Mavbrooks SC, Applebee FC, Firecrackers FC, Jarus FC, and Superstar FC for the coveted 50 million naira cash prize.


Lagos Liga announced his team;s entry thus;
