  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs). A statement issued by the Media and Publicity Directorate noted that the move also fulfills the Honourable Member’s campaign pledge to integrate every segment of the constituency into the decision-making and governance structure. Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has publicly tendered an apology to the Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria TAMPAN and its president, Bolaji Amusan, better known as Mr Latin


We reported in 2021 that Nkechi and Iyabo Ojo had openly condemned the conduct of Baba Ijesha for allegedly defiling the foster daughter of Nigerian comedienne Princess, which the association wasn’t pleased with. They had also clashed with some TAMPAN members, such as Yomi Fabiyi and Lege Maimi, who kicked against them for openly condemning Baba Ijesha.


Following this, Veteran actor Jide Kosoko, during a press briefing, took action against them as he barred directors in the association from working with them. 


Reacting to it, Nkechi mocked the association’s decision, stating they were threatening to frustrate people who could feed their entire generation till the end. She went on to call the association one of lawlessness.


A month later, Nkechi apologized for everything she said, adding that she was disrespectful to Jide Kosoko and TAMPAN.


Now, at the Celebrities Entertainment Awards in Canada, Nkechi took to the stage to apologize to Mr Latin and TAMPAN. In a video making rounds, Nkechi was seen on her knees with a microphone as she apologized to the association.
